Talk about ugly, it appears most of the houses on our street had one of these at some point. When we moved in ours was the last on the street.
Below are the before and after shots. A sawzall, crowbar and 10 lb hammer were the only required tools. Total time: 10 mins (had to carry the wood to the side yard...)
Here it is...
Needs a bunch of work of course, it's a bit over 50 years old. First up is a new garage door, the hinge is broken and the tension spring is about to go into orbit. After that, a new kitchen, windows, copper plumbing, bathrooms and sprinklers (some broken, all to be automated). That should keep us busy for a year or so.
